Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our snarky products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the order has gone to fulfillment unless the item(s) you received are incorrect or damaged.
To be eligible for a return on a damaged/incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive a wrong item(s) or damaged item. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos taken in a well-lit area of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that sh!t out. ASAP
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
